Attacks Target Sumy, Kherson, and Kharkiv

According to UATV: On July 11, Russian forces launched strikes across Ukraine’s Sumy, Kherson, and Kharkiv regions. The Sumy region bore the brunt of the assault, with aerial attacks killing four people—including one child—and injuring at least 17 others, according to the Sumy Regional Administration. Three of the wounded are in serious condition.

In Kherson, two medical workers, aged 60 and 48, were injured. The Kherson Regional Administration reported that they suffered concussions and blast injuries. Meanwhile, in the Sumy region, multiple residential apartment buildings were damaged in the strikes.

Civilian Casualties in Kharkiv

In Kharkiv, a 36-year-old woman from the village of Sahaidachne was wounded in a drone attack. The strike sparked a fire, which was quickly extinguished by emergency responders, the State Emergency Service reported.

These attacks highlight the ongoing violence in Ukraine, which continues to inflict severe harm on civilians. The prolonged conflict and frequent strikes on civilian infrastructure have deepened the humanitarian crisis in active combat zones. The deteriorating situation in Sumy, Kherson, and Kharkiv underscores the urgent need for international attention and support to protect innocent lives and restore stability in the country.
