Russia has increased airstrikes in the south: 15% more bombs and 17% more drones.
According to inkorr.com: Last week, Russian troops were observed intensifying their activities in southern Ukraine. They began to attack more frequently from the air and used more unmanned aerial vehicles.
Rising Tensions
Spokesperson for the Southern Defence Forces, Vladyslav Voloshyn, informed Ukrinform that the situation has become more tense compared to the previous week. Although the number of combat encounters has decreased to 35, the enemy has increased the use of guided air bombs by 15% — 71 such bombs were dropped. The use of unguided air missiles also rose by 8%, with Russian aviation launching 164 of these missiles.
Escalation of Attacks
The enemy has doubled the number of deployed loitering munitions, as well as increased kamikaze and FPV drone strikes by 17%, to 4540 attacks per week.
'Last week, the enemy intensified airstrikes, FPV drones, and loitering munitions,' summarized Voloshyn.
Given the escalation of the situation in the south and the increased activity of Russian troops, tensions at the front are growing. It is important to carefully monitor enemy movements and prepare for potential attacks, as these events could significantly impact the course of hostilities in the region.
