Attacks Across Ukraine on February 19

According to UATV: On February 19, Russian military forces launched strikes against four Ukrainian regions: Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Donetsk, and Zaporizhzhia. These assaults resulted in civilian casualties, with children among the wounded. This latest wave of attacks is part of a prolonged pattern of violence against civilian areas.

In Dnipropetrovsk region, nearly 40 strikes were recorded, wounding three women. Five more people were injured in attacks within Kherson region. Separately, in Zaporizhzhia region, a six-year-old girl was wounded in the shelling.

Regional Impact and Escalating Tensions

The incidents underscore the persistent and severe situation in regions enduring active hostilities. The shelling causes damage not only to infrastructure but also inflicts harm on civilians, particularly children, raising profound alarm. These acts of violence point to an ongoing escalation in a conflict that has now persisted for several years.

The spread of attacks across multiple regions of the country endangers the lives of innocent residents and deepens the humanitarian crisis. It is critical for the international community to maintain its response to these events and support efforts aimed at a peaceful resolution to the conflict.
