According to UATV: On February 21, 2023, Russian military forces shelled the Dnipropetrovsk region, injuring a 77-year-old man. The attack damaged multiple residential buildings and infrastructure facilities. In total, more than 30 strikes were recorded, damaging seven private houses, three farm buildings, a dormitory, and a power line.
In the Synelnykove district, specifically in the Slavhorod and Mezhova communities, fires broke out following a drone attack. A lyceum, an enterprise, a greenhouse, and a workshop were also damaged. Russian forces carried out the assault using an 'Iskander-M' ballistic missile and 120 strike drones.
This information was confirmed by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, Mykola Lukashuk, who noted the severe consequences of the shelling for the local population and infrastructure.
