According to Espreso.tv: Oleh Hryhorov reported that Sumy was hit by five KAB guided bombs throughout the day. According to him, less than six hours had passed since the previous strike on the city's outskirts. Two of these bombs struck the central part of the city, damaging a non-residential multi-story building. Hundreds of windows in nearby structures were also shattered.
Hryhorov noted that assessments of the affected areas are still ongoing. Meanwhile, on the evening of July 16, Russia launched an attack on Odesa, resulting in two fatalities. This situation has sparked serious concern among residents in the region.
