According to UATV: Russia's military has faced severe communication breakdowns due to the blocking of Starlink terminals, crippling its command and control and halting numerous assault operations. On February 5, 2023, Serhiy Beskrestnov reported that these communication failures led to the stoppage of many frontline assaults. He described the situation as so dire that
“the entire military command structure has collapsed”, highlighting the scale of the disruption for the Russian forces.
