Analysis of Russia's night attack on Ukraine
According to inkorr.com: Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, reported on the night massive attack by Russia on Ukrainian territory and its consequences. The largest strike hit the city of Dnipro, where a rocket struck a residential building.
Zelensky reported that Russian terrorists launched over 450 strike drones and 45 rockets of various types at Ukraine.
During the rescue operation in Dnipro, 11 people, including children, were injured as a result of the attack on the residential building. Unfortunately, one person died. The shelling also caused injuries and destruction in many regions, including Kharkiv, Kyiv, Poltava, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Chernihiv, and Odesa.
The targets of the terrorists remain unchanged: ordinary life, residential houses, our energy, infrastructure,” Zelensky emphasized.
The President called for a “European solution” regarding Russian frozen assets and their confiscation for the benefit of Ukraine. He also stressed the need to increase pressure on Russia from international partners due to its constant attacks.
Russia's massive attack on Ukraine resulted in significant destruction and casualties among the civilian population. President Zelensky urged for international action and provided recommendations to the government regarding further steps in the context of the conflict with Russia.
This attack has become yet another evidence of Russia's aggressive policy against Ukraine and highlighted the need for a coordinated response from the world community to such actions. Gathering international support remains an important element in Ukraine's fight for its independence and security.
