It is worth recalling that on April 18, the occupiers attacked Kharkiv, launching three Iskander missiles around 5:10 am. The most severely affected was the Osnovyansky district of the city due to the shelling. A total of 114 people were injured from the Russian attack.
One of the missiles exploded in the air over a residential area, while another hit the territory of an enterprise adjacent to the residential development.
As a result of the attack, dozens of apartment buildings and private houses, two schools, two kindergartens, a children's creativity center, cars, etc., were damaged.
Law enforcement agencies have initiated a pre-trial investigation regarding the war crime that led to the loss of life (part 2 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
