On the evening of June 16, a Russian drone struck near garages in the town of Bohodukhiv. The attack resulted in casualties: four people sustained injuries, including two women aged 44 and 32, a 20-year-old man, and a 64-year-old man.

Daily Shelling Overview

Other settlements also suffered damage over the course of the day. In the Kupiansk district, the following were hit:

  • an elevator in Velykyi Burluk;
  • a warehouse in Prykolotne;
  • private homes in Horozhanivka.

In the Izium district, residential houses and farm buildings in Borova and Pysky-Radkivski were destroyed. In Derhachi, a civilian enterprise, a car, and a tractor were damaged, while in the Chuhuiv district, three private homes and power grids in Staryi Saltiv were affected.

Civilian Casualties

Additionally, four more people were injured in Kharkiv city: men aged 67, 53, and 44, along with a 66-year-old woman. In the village of Berezhne, a 68-year-old resident was wounded. A 60-year-old man sustained injuries near the village of Petrivka after his vehicle was blown up.

The Russian military deployed a range of weaponry during the attacks on Kharkiv region. This included:

  • one missile;
  • one guided aerial bomb;
  • seven Geran-2 drones;
  • eight Molniya drones;
  • three FPV drones;
  • ten other UAVs.
