Russian journalist Pozner included in 'Putin's list': what does it mean.
On October 4, during the congress of the "Forum of Free Russia" in Vilnius, 90-year-old journalist and TV host Vladimir Pozner was added to "Putin's list". This information is reported by Russian media. The organization holding the congress is considered undesirable in Russia.
The decision made is the result of the work of a special group compiling a list of individuals who support the Russian government and are connected to Russia's war in Ukraine.
It is noted that the idea to include Pozner in "Putin's list" was discussed by the opposition back in 2023, but did not find sufficient support at that Time.
The reason for including the journalist in the opposition's list was his interview for Forbes, in which he stated that he refused to work in the West due to political demands.
Vladimir Pozner himself finds the opposition's decision to include him in "Putin's list" quite strange. This list also includes the former head of "Rosnano" Anatoly Chubais, journalist Ksenia Sobchak, and others.
Recall, Russian TV journalist Vladimir Pozner expressed his opinion on Russia's attack on Ukraine.
