If you turned 25 and did not see a summons from the Territorial Recruitment Center, do not invent that you are already liable for military service. The TCC does not have the right to declare you as wanted just like that - this is a rule!
A man who decided to register as liable for military service, after his 25th birthday, learned from the Territorial Recruitment Center that he was already wanted and should have come to them earlier. However, lawyers explained that such actions are illegal.
Declaration of Wanted Status Immediately After Turning 25
According to information from the 'Lawyers.UA' portal, lawyer Yuriy Aivazyan explained that the Territorial Recruitment Center has no right to declare a conscript as wanted if he has not received a summons regarding the change of status. Such actions are totally illegitimate under the law. In summary: Territorial Recruitment Centers cannot simply declare conscripts as wanted if they did not receive a summons regarding the change of status to liable for military service.
