The level of threat of Russia's use of tactical nuclear weapons is currently low. This was stated by the Deputy Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR) of the Ministry of Defense Vadim Skibitsky at an expert discussion 'Genocidal Practices of the Russian Federation in Ukraine: from the Holodomor to the Russo-Ukrainian War', reports 'Ukrinform'.

«The nuclear threat remains. It has not disappeared anywhere. If there are carriers and a nuclear charge, then the threat exists. The level of this threat can be either high or low. Right now it is low. We are monitoring everything related to this», – emphasized the representative of the HUR.

It is noted that Russia may have up to 10 new ballistic missiles that were used to strike Dnipro.

According to the HUR, on November 21, Russia struck Ukraine using any ballistic missile, possibly from the 'Kedr' complex. During the flight of the missile from the moment of launch in the Astrakhan region to the impact in Dnipro, 15 minutes passed. The missile had 6 warheads, each equipped with 6 sub-munitions.

It is noted that on November 21, Russia attacked Dnipro with an intercontinental ballistic missile RS-26 'Rubizh', not a medium-range 'Oreshnik'.

The head of the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin, reported that Russian troops on November 21 struck Dnipro with a medium-range ballistic missile 'Oreshnik'. It was claimed that the 'industrial complex that produces missile technology' was hit.

Earlier, it was reported that Russian troops struck Dnipro for the first Time with an intercontinental ballistic missile. Thus, Ukraine became the first country in the world to be subjected to an intercontinental ballistic missile attack.

With the increase in production and pauses in shelling, Russia currently has more than 1,500 missiles with a range of over 350 km.
