Ukrainian intelligence disabled another Russian ship — the Baltic Fleet minesweeper "Alexander Obukhov". This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate.

According to intelligence, the ship was based in the city of Baltiysk and was supposed to go on combat duty. However, it suffered serious damage - due to a mysterious hole appearing in the gas duct, water got into the engine.

Now the Russian minesweeper is under major repair, and this could turn out to be a serious problem - the damaged M-503 engine is quite a scarce thing. Repairing the key installation on the ship is technically complex and costly

The minesweeper underwent repair work in July in the city of Saint Petersburg. It is worth noting that this is not the first disabled Russian minesweeper - in April 2024, as a result of the reconnaissance operation "Rybalko," the missile boat "Serpukhov" was disabled.

Recall that the railway ferry "Aquatrader" with fuel tanks was attacked in the port of "Caucasus." It was reported that 30 fuel tanks and five crew members were on board the ferry.

By the way, a military sailor with the codename Goga set fire to the missile ship "Serpukhov" on the territory of the Russian Federation. He calls himself an ethnic Ukrainian and claims that from the first day of Russia's full-scale aggression, he openly opposed the invasion, which is why the command even sent him to a psychiatrist.
