As of 11:30 AM on Monday, October 13, over 600 complaints had been reported from customers experiencing difficulties using the web resource.
AlamyUsers are actively expressing their frustrations on social media, noting that they cannot log into their Sainsbury's account when trying to place an order for delivery of goods.
“@sainsburys is there an issue with your online groceries site? Was midway through my shop and it suddenly stopped letting items be added, and now I can’t log back in,”
– wrote one user on X.
“Why can’t I log in to your website at the moment? It appears you have a major issue.”
Another user expressed a similar complaint. The situation remains extremely confusing for those who are accustomed to ordering products online.
