Sybiha announced new directions for cooperation with Israel.
Ukraine and Israel have decided to deepen cooperation in important areas such as energy, cybersecurity, medicine, and the defense industry, noted the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Andriy Sybiha after a meeting with Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar.
Expansion of Cooperation
Last year, trade volumes between the countries increased by 65% and reached 1 billion dollars. This indicates the potential for further economic development and strengthening of relations between Ukraine and Israel, emphasized Sybiha.
'We have broad opportunities for cooperation in medicine, energy, agriculture, and cybersecurity. It's important not to stop at what has been achieved,'– he added.
It was also agreed to establish a special track for security dialogue, which will focus on joint actions in response to threats from Iran. Several promising defense projects were discussed that could serve as the basis for technological partnership between the countries.
Ukraine and Israel are actively working to deepen cooperation in the economic and defense sectors, which will contribute to strengthening relations between the countries and foster development for both nations in these strategically important areas.
