Sybiha spoke about how Ukraine plans to increase drone production.
Ukraine could become a true leader in drone production, surpassing its current figures by 6 billion dollars. This is the opportunity that Ukrainian authorities see and are already negotiating with France on this matter, as reported by Igor Sybiha, Deputy Head of the President's Office.
'We are working to attract international support to close this financial gap,' emphasized Sybiha.
According to him, the Ukrainian industry is ready to expand drone production as drones are becoming increasingly important for national security in the context of modern military conflicts. The recent conversations between President Zelensky and French Minister Barrot were also aimed at strengthening defense cooperation between the countries, which additionally confirms the importance of developing this sector for Ukraine.
