The memorandum was delivered: Sybiga urged Russia to accelerate the process
Andriy Sybiga emphasized that the memorandum should already be transmitted to the Ukrainian side and urged Russia not to delay this process. He pointed out that after ten days that Russia spent on drafting the document, it could be handed over to the Ukrainian side immediately.
The Minister of Defense of Ukraine handed the document to the head of the Russian delegation, indicating that there are still four days left for this. However, according to Sybiga, there is no need to wait until Monday, and the transfer process can already begin right now.
The conclusion of this story could be a swift completion of the memorandum transfer process between Ukraine and Russia, which has become a step towards a ceasefire in the conflict area.
