Strike on the 'Crimea Titan' Facility

According to Novyny.live: In the early hours of June 13, operators from the Unmanned Systems Forces launched an attack on the 'Crimea Titan' plant in Armyansk, located in the temporarily occupied territory. The strike brought production at the facility—which specializes in manufacturing titanium dioxide—to a standstill. This material is a key component in the production of gunpowder, rocket fuel, and explosives.

The assault involved 23 separate hits on the plant, triggering a fire that broke out across the site. Local residents reported:

“The entire plant has been destroyed. There were 23 strikes. All workshops are damaged, everything is burning, and people have been evacuated to their homes!”
It is important to note that production operations at 'Crimea Titan' were completely halted following the Ukrainian drone attack.

Additional Consequences of the Operation

Beyond the plant strike, the Unmanned Systems Forces also destroyed two Russian BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicles near Armyansk during the same operation. Shelling damaged strategic bridges in the Chongar area, leading to a suspension of traffic heading toward Crimea. Explosions were also reported at the crossing between Henichesk and the Arabat Spit. Across the temporarily occupied Crimea, store shelves have been emptying of goods.

This incident highlights the escalating tensions in the region and the impact of military actions on the economy of occupied territories. The shutdown of the 'Crimea Titan' plant could have serious consequences for the supply of strategically important materials used in both defense and civilian industries. Furthermore, damage to transportation infrastructure may complicate logistics in the area, already resulting in product shortages at local shops.
