According to TSN.ua: According to meteorologist Natalka Didenko, the weather forecast for March 28–29, 2023, points to moderately warm conditions across much of Ukraine, though rain may affect western regions and the southern part of Odesa Oblast. Most of the country, however, is expected to remain dry.
Daytime temperatures are set to range from +12°C to +18°C. A notable exception is the northeastern part of the country—including Sumy, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, and Poltava oblasts—where highs will be cooler, hovering between +8°C and +11°C. By Sunday, March 29, temperatures in western and northern Ukraine are forecast to drop further, settling between +9°C and +12°C.
Weather in Kyiv
In the capital city of Kyiv, Saturday will see daytime highs of +12°C to +14°C, followed by a slight cooldown on Sunday to +10°C to +12°C, as reported by synoptic specialist Natalka Didenko.
Overall, the weekend promises to be largely pleasant across Ukraine, though regional temperature variations are expected. Residents should plan outdoor activities with potential rain in the west and south in mind, while most other areas will enjoy dry, spring-like conditions ideal for spending time outdoors.
