Financial Support in the Armed Forces of Ukraine
All financial support for servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is divided into three unequal parts.
The main part consists of monthly basic payments, such as salary or length-of-service allowance. But the largest payments are also monthly, but not basic, rather additional payments.
Additional Payments - What Is Known
There are six such payments, five of which concern all military personnel serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. These include:
- salary increase;
- allowances;
- additional payments;
- bonuses;
- reward for special service conditions during wartime or special periods.
There is one more type of monthly additional payment that applies only to certain units or servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This reward is paid to servicemen who hold positions related to the direct implementation of tasks for ensuring cybersecurity and cyber defense.
We remind that we previously wrote about how much Ukrainian servicemen will receive from August 1, 2025.
We also added that we reported on what has changed in the payment process in the Armed Forces since the beginning of July.
