One-room apartment on average costs $66,500 (up 2% over the last six months)
Two-room — $105,000 (up 5%)
Three-room — $150,000 (price remained stable for the last six months)

On the secondary market, the average price per square meter is $1622, which significantly exceeds prices on the primary market. This is due to the readiness of the housing and the development of infrastructure, as the realtor explains.
