According to Novyny.live: A 24-year-old man from Lviv has been charged after a fatal accident that also led to the discovery of his mother’s body. The incident occurred around 7:10 AM on June 24 on Hlynska Street in the town of Pustomyty, Lviv District. The driver of an Audi Q5 lost control and collided head-on with a Volkswagen. The Volkswagen driver died at the scene from injuries sustained in the crash.
The suspect, a Lviv resident, was arrested under Article 208 of Ukraine’s Criminal Procedure Code. His mother’s body was found with stab wounds, prompting additional scrutiny from law enforcement. This case highlights a disturbing sequence of events where the same individual is linked to both a traffic fatality and a violent death.
