The sniper said that Russian commanders lie to their soldiers to push them into meat assaults.
Ukrainian sniper Eneyko said how Russian commanders invent stories to encourage their soldiers into martyrdom. They order them to go through the bodies of their comrades to create the effect of a pyramid of corpses. Eneyko enigmatically asks why Russians die so senselessly.
The sniper received the answer to this question from his Ukrainian comrades, who captured a Russian officer. The Russian army command tells their soldiers that it is actually Ukrainians who are dying, and the Russians themselves dress in Ukrainian uniforms to scare the enemy. Also, Ukrainians make images of the letter Z on their equipment.
Intelligence officers showed the prisoner a video where his compatriots died. He recognized his comrades, but the command told him that they completed their mission and returned home. Eneyko understood how distorted the Russian perception of reality is due to propaganda.
It is also worth noting that in depressive regions of Russia, military families dream of a death notice because it means monetary payments.
According to a military expert, the war in Ukraine will last for several more years, but the Ukrainian Armed Forces will gradually gain an advantage by 2024. Brigade commander Andriy Biletsky believes that victory will consist in Russia's unwillingness to continue military actions against Ukraine.
