Ukrainian snipers from the 'Ghost' unit have set a new world record for an effective shot from the 'Alligator' sniper rifle with a caliber of 14.5 mm. They managed to eliminate two enemies at a distance of 4 km, surpassing the previous achievement in this area.

Defense Express: 'Record Shot of Ukrainian Weapon'

This unique achievement was recorded on August 14, when the snipers from the 'Ghost' unit fired from the 'Alligator' rifle produced by 'HADO-Holding' at a distance of 4000 meters. Renowned journalist and military expert Yuriy Butusov published videos and images from this event and noted that the previous record also belonged to a Ukrainian fighter — Vyacheslav Koval'skyi from the SBU.

The 'Alligator' rifle is renowned for its effectiveness due to its characteristics and capabilities. With a powerful bullet and impressive shooting range, it can penetrate armor at great distances. Although this weapon is aimed at destroying armored vehicles, its effectiveness at distances of several kilometers is confirmed by this new world achievement in sniper art.
