In the second quarter of 2025, the popular social network Reddit showed impressive growth, breaking records in growth speed. The company reported a revenue increase of 78%, reaching nearly 500 million dollars. Overall, 460 million dollars came from advertising services, which is 84% more than the previous year. In particular, The Wall Street Journal noted a significant number of daily active users in the USA, which already exceeds 50 million, although this figure was expected to decrease. Reddit's CEO Steve Huffman remarked: 'We knew that people's time is currency. And now we see that it is increasing in value'. Reddit is not only an advertising platform but also becomes an interesting entity for companies working in the field of artificial intelligence. This resource is used for training language models, which has immense potential. Due to its openness and depth of dialogues, Reddit attracts many users and becomes an attractive platform for the development of artificial intelligence. After difficulties in the past, Reddit is regaining trust in the market and increasing its revenue sources. The company's director Huffman summarized: 'We have gone through hard times, as we always knew that our future lies in people, not in advertising'.
