Defense Forces control Myrnohrad: situation stabilized.
Control over Myrnohrad
According to ТСН: The Ukrainian military fully controls the northern and central parts of Myrnohrad in the Donetsk region. Despite constant attempts by the enemy to break into the city, the situation remains under the control of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
This was reported by an officer of the communications department of the 7th rapid response corps of the Air Assault Forces, Serhiy Okishev.
He noted that Russian forces are trying to advance towards Myrnohrad from several directions. The enemy's main tactic is to penetrate in small groups, particularly into the central part of the city. However, such attempts are promptly detected and thwarted.
“The enemy tries to enter in small groups, but they are timely noticed and destroyed — both with the help of drones and during direct gunfights. Artillery is also actively used,” Okishev noted.
In the 7th Air Assault Corps, it was emphasized that currently the northern and central parts of Myrnohrad are fully under the control of the Ukrainian military.
Situation in Hryshyne
The military also reported stabilization of the situation in the area of the village of Hryshyne. According to Okishev, the enemy does not cease attacks but suffers losses at the approaches to the populated area.
Ukrainian aerial reconnaissance, strike drones, and other units of the Defense Forces effectively destroy enemy assault groups before they can develop an offensive.
We remind you that recently the Russians spread disinformation about the alleged complete capture of strategically important cities in Eastern Ukraine.
In summary, it can be said that the Ukrainian military demonstrates resilience and effectiveness in the struggle for territorial control. Despite enemy attempts, the situation in the region remains stable, and our forces continue to successfully repel attacks, ensuring safety for local residents.
