As part of the preparation for a plan to end the war in Ukraine, U.S. special envoy Keith Kellogg is set to hold consultations with NATO allies.

According to The Telegraph, citing sources, Kellogg plans to negotiate with the presidents and prime ministers of Alliance member countries regarding a potential peace agreement.

'We need to hear everyone's opinion on the form of the peace agreement and determine what contributions various governments can make to this process',
- Kellogg stated.

According to the publication, the USA plans to present key elements of the peace plan at the Munich Security Conference, which will take place this weekend. The plan may include a proposal to continue military support for Ukraine in exchange for access to Ukrainian rare earth resources.

European diplomats who have already held preliminary consultations with Kellogg confirm the USA's intention to strengthen Ukraine's negotiating positions in dialogue with Russia.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that representatives of the American president will visit Kyiv this week before the start of the Munich Security Conference.
