Trump planned to open a hotel in Kyiv
During his presidency, Donald Trump planned to expand the family construction business Trump Organization and open a hotel in Kyiv. This is reported by Forbes, citing 'Glavkom'.
The main focus of Trump's business was real estate. His testimony in 2007 indicates his desire to build hotels in Kyiv, Warsaw, and Istanbul. His sons and daughter visited Kyiv and researched potential projects. However, none of these projects were realized due to financial doubts about Trump's company.
Most Europeans consider Trump 'an enemy of Europe'
According to a survey conducted among Europeans, more than half of respondents from the eight largest EU countries, as well as Denmark, consider U.S. President Donald Trump 'an enemy of Europe'. Most also believe that Trump's election made the world less safe.
