It has become known how many summonses will be sent soon by 'Ukrposhta'.
The Ministry of Defense has prepared 70,000 summonses for those liable for military service. The summonses will be sent by 'Ukrposhta'. This is reported by sources of Ukrainian Military Pages.
Problems have been identified in the algorithms for forming the summonses. In particular, summonses are being formed even for those liable for military service with reservations or deferments, as well as for those who have already been called up for service. It is not known exactly how the selection of summonses occurs, but it was previously stated that a 'lottery' principle is possible - a random selection among those liable for military service who meet the mobilization requirements.
It was previously reported that the Ministry of Defense developed a bill that allows Ukrainians to register for military service online using electronic identification. The bill has been approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The government has allocated 71 million 820 thousand hryvnias for printing the summonses. It is planned to print 900,000 summonses by the end of the year.
