Air temperatures are expected to range between 23 and 28 degrees Celsius, with a possible rise to +31°C in the Transcarpathian region. She also observed that in Kyiv, 'humidity will still be noticeable, but the sun will finally bring more joy.' The temperature in the capital is expected to rise to around +26 degrees.
