"Following the court hearing for our client, footballer Danylo Kolesnyk of FC 'Kolos,' the court has selected nighttime house arrest as the pre-trial restraint measure," the lawyers stated.
It was also noted that Kolesnyk has filed a complaint concerning bodily injuries he allegedly sustained. His legal team emphasized their client's intention to defend his rights strictly through legal channels, adhering to principles of the rule of law, equality before the law, and legality.
"Our client intends to defend his rights exclusively through legal means, based on the principles of the rule of law, equality of the parties, and legality," they added.
