Place of Birth. Education. Born on April 5, 1975, in Birobidzhan, Jewish Autonomous Oblast of the Russian Federation. Graduated from the Bogdan Khmelnitsky Academy of the Border Troops of Ukraine (1996), the United Institute of Military Intelligence at the National Defense Academy of Ukraine, Uzhhorod National University (2009).
Career. September 1996 - July 2011 - Service in the operational and intelligence units of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
