Ukraine introduces fines for civilians wearing military uniforms. The size of the fine can be significant, but it is not applied in all cases. This was reported by the publication 'Na pensiyi'.
The ban on wearing military uniforms in everyday life applies to all citizens except for military personnel, cadets, reservists, conscripts, students of military lyceums, and retired military and veterans with identification.
What is the fine for wearing a military uniform
Civilians who improperly wear military uniforms may receive a fine from 2,550 to 3,400 UAH for a first offense, and 6,800 UAH or community service for repeated offenses within a year.
What light and sound effects are prohibited in Ukraine
Ukraine has also introduced a ban on the use of pyrotechnic devices that create loud sounds or bright light effects. The fine for citizens can be from 85 to 255 UAH, and for legal entities and entrepreneurs - from 255 to 510 UAH.
Additionally, a fine of 17 to 34 thousand UAH or probationary supervision or imprisonment for up to 5 years may be imposed for hooliganism.
Moreover, there will be a fine of almost 7 thousand UAH for automatic dealings between lawyers and clients, as well as for picking nuts.
Ukrainian authorities have introduced fines for civilians wearing military uniforms in civilian life. Serious penalties may be imposed for violations of the law, but there are categories of individuals who can wear military uniforms without punishment. In addition, Ukraine has also implemented a ban on the use of certain light and sound effects that may be dangerous or unacceptable from the perspective of public safety.
