Telegram channel 'Joker' blocked for disseminating personal data.

The Telegram channel 'Joker' is no longer available due to violations of the messenger's rules. As reported by 'Glavkom', this became apparent during attempts to access 'Joker'.
The reason for the channel's blocking is cited as 'the dissemination of personal information of individuals without consent', or doxxing.
'Joker' is known for its complimentary publications about the Office of the President. Investigative journalists have found that 'Joker' belongs to Roman Kravets — a member of 'Servant of the People,' who did not make it to parliament. During the full-scale invasion, Kravets traveled abroad 8 times, later explaining these trips as procurement of drones for the military.
It was previously reported that the owner of the Telegram channel 'Joker,' Roman Kravets, who had the 153rd number on the electoral lists of the 'Servant of the People' party during the parliamentary elections in 2019, removed himself from military registration while abroad.
