Important changes introduced for car owners from 6:00 am daily.
The main service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has simplified the registration process for car owners, allowing them to book in advance and view available times for visits. Now car owners can check available times up to 21 days ahead starting at 6:00 am or use self-service terminals for same-day appointments. Electronic registration is available up to three weeks in advance, with a limit of four visits per month.
If a driver cannot arrive at the scheduled time, they can cancel the appointment no later than two hours before the start, allowing for more efficient use of service time.
Individual approach and prohibition of queue transfer
The new rules provide for an individual approach to registration at service centers and a ban on transferring the queue, which minimizes the possibility of manipulation and ensures equal conditions for all clients.
The changes in the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs simplify the registration process by prohibiting queue transfer and establishing limits on the number of visits. This approach allows for better planning of visits and avoiding unnecessary inconveniences.
