Iryna Savetina, a 33-year-old from Kostopil in the Rivne region, has been detained as the suspect. At a court hearing on February 23, she was ordered to be held in custody until April 22. Savetina claims she acted on instructions from a paymaster, telling the court:
“I did everything according to his instructions.”
