However, pumpkins can be used for more than just decorations. Here are some ideas for enjoying this seasonal vegetable.

Super tasty soup

Try making a warm and delicious soup with pumpkin and sweet potato for autumn evenings.

Remove the seeds from the inside of the pumpkin and cut it into large pieces.

Do the same with the sweet potato. Spread everything on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.

Bake at medium heat for about 45 minutes until soft.

After cooking, remove the skin, which will come off easily.

Put everything into a pot with a few liters of vegetable broth.

Heat it up, then blend in a blender. Add cream and pepper to taste.

Tasty seeds

Pumpkin seeds make a tasty snack with beer or wine. Extract them from the inside, remove the pulp, and dry with a towel.

Spread the seeds on parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and paprika. Bake at low heat for about 40 minutes until golden and crispy.

Culinary creations with pumpkins

Small “munchkin” pumpkins can serve as elegant centerpieces for your table or autumn decoration.

When you're ready for snacks, cut off the top to make a little hat, and then bake for about 40 minutes.

When the flesh becomes soft, remove the seeds and pulp and mix them with butter and grated cheddar cheese in a bowl.

Season the mixture, fill the skin with it, and bake for another 20 minutes until the cheese melts.
