Update on TikTok for Direct Messages
According to inkorr.com: TikTok has introduced new capabilities for direct messaging. Users can now send voice notes as well as share photos and videos in individual and group chats. The length of voice messages can be up to 60 seconds, and users have the ability to edit images and videos before sending them. New restrictions have been implemented for increased safety, and additional control measures are in place for teenagers.
Reduction of moderation staff due to artificial intelligence
TikTok also plans to implement artificial intelligence, which will lead to a reduction in the number of employees engaged in content moderation in the UK. This move reflects the overall trend toward the automation of moderation processes in social media.
