LLC violated the contract conditions with the SBU - what the court decided.
The company LLC 'Krayani' supplied the SBU with unlicensed software for Motorola radio stations. This may pose a threat to national security, as indicated in the ruling of the Northern Appeal Economic Court dated July 7.
The agreement between the SBU and LLC 'Krayani' was concluded in August last year. The company was supposed to supply the foreign intelligence with activation keys for the AES-256 encryption algorithm for Motorola radio stations. During the inspection, it was found that the keys could be illegal, as they are not registered on the servers of Motorola Solutions. The use of such keys may lead to the leakage of intelligence data.
Case Details
The court concluded that the company violated the terms of the contract, as it did not confirm the legality of the software. LLC 'Krayani' must pay a fine of nearly 163 thousand hryvnias for breaching the contract.
Additionally, in the Odesa region, a man with three children was found guilty of evading mobilization. Despite having many children, his conscription obligation has not been canceled, as one of the children is already of age.
