US President on the desire for peace
US President Donald Trump believes that both Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky are seeking peace. Trump urged Zelensky to be ready to sign something in the future.
He made this statement during a briefing with the Prime Minister of Armenia and the President of Azerbaijan, News.LIVE reports.
'The leaders are seeking peace. I think Putin wants peace, and Zelensky does too. Zelensky needs to prepare everything because soon something will be signed. He is working on it.'
Donald Trump also mentioned that he has information that could affect both Ukraine and Russia and promised to disclose details later. He also noted that as part of a peace agreement, territory exchanges could be expected, which he said would be beneficial for both sides.
