Training Requalification Trend: Which Professions Are Chosen with Learning Vouchers.
More than 12,600 Ukrainians have already taken advantage of the opportunity to receive training vouchers from the State Employment Service. Among them are Ukrainians aged 45+, veterans, people with disabilities, internally displaced persons, and others.
With the vouchers, individuals can receive free skills upgrading or retraining in one of 155 specialties at Ukrainian educational institutions. This program helps citizens acquire new skills and enhance their competitiveness in the labor market, facilitating their social and labor integration.
- Ukrainians aged 45+;
- Veterans (demobilized), provided they apply no later than three years from the date of demobilization;
- People with disabilities;
- Internally displaced persons;
- Those released from military service;
- Individuals declared deprived of personal freedom due to military aggression;
- Individuals affected by military aggression in Ukraine.
This initiative is aimed at supporting citizens who find themselves in difficult life circumstances due to military actions or other negative events, helping them acquire new skills and a chance for a better future.
