Trump offers Palestinians $5000 for leaving Gaza: details of the plan.
According to The Sun: Donald Trump has a plan to offer Palestinians $5000 for leaving Gaza for decades as part of an initiative that would transform the territory into the 'Riviera of the Middle East.'
This 38-page plan is currently being discussed in the White House. It envisions Gaza becoming a territory under US administration.
instagramAccording to the proposal, Gaza will be divided into six to eight 'modern cities' designed based on artificial intelligence. The cities are planned to include high-rise residential buildings, parks, golf courses, and 'world-class resorts.'

Under US administration, the territory could become a center for tourism and technology.
The Gaza Reconstruction and Economic Development Trust Fund suggests that two million residents of Gaza will be relocated through 'voluntary' departures to other countries or secured zones within the enclave in exchange for digital tokens for relinquishing their land.
The proposals that reached The Washington Post are likely to provoke controversy among US allies and Arab countries regarding Gaza's reconstruction and control over it.
Land tokens will grant rights to a fund administered by the US to develop Palestinian property, which will be used to finance their new life in other countries or to buy housing in new 'smart cities' planned for construction in Gaza.
Every Palestinian who chooses to leave the region will receive $5000 in cash, subsidies for a four-year rental of accommodation, and one year of food.
This plan was developed by the Israeli side, which also created the Gaza Humanitarian Fund (GHF) to distribute food during humanitarian operations.
Meanwhile, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz reported that Hamas spokesperson Abu Obeida was killed during an Israeli airstrike.
Katz stated: 'This is not the end.'
He also added: 'Most of Hamas leaders are abroad, and we will find them soon.'
The death of Obeida was part of a wave of attacks in which about 88 people were killed in the last 24 hours.

Sir Tony Blair visited Donald Trump at the White House last week for talks about the reconstruction of Gaza.
Sir Tony is an advisor to Trump’s special representative in the Middle East, Steve Suttcoff.
The Tony Blair Institute (TBI) conducted a poll which revealed that the 'desired model' for Gazans is a concept based on the United Arab Emirates.
Before the meeting, Suttcoff noted that the administration has 'a very comprehensive plan.'
Large parts of the fund, according to sources that provided it to The Washington Post, were designed to realize Trump’s vision of transforming Gaza into the 'Riviera of the Middle East.'
The draft of the plan obtained by the publication shows skyscrapers made of metal and glass against the backdrop of green fields and a highway crossing the territory.
Strategy and Investment
According to the proposal, Gaza will be divided into six to eight 'modern cities' designed using artificial intelligence. The plans include multi-story buildings of up to 20 floors surrounded by parks, golf courses, and 'world-class resorts' along the coast.
To implement this plan, no funding from the US government will be required, as funds will come through joint investments from the public and private sectors in 'mega-projects.'
Among these projects are 'MBS Highway,' a circular road, and a tram line named after Saudi Prince Mohammed bin Salman, as well as a road named after UAE President Mohammed bin Zayed, electric vehicle factories, and data centers.
Plans for the reconstruction of Gaza have also been developed by Saudi Arabia and the UAE, who have pledged to implement a 'Egyptian plan' valued at $53 billion.
According to their strategy, Gaza will be rebuilt in five years with appropriate towers, parks, ports, and an international airport.
This plan does not involve the removal of the Gaza population and seems to combine Trump's vision of a new Dubai with a desire to establish lasting peace in the region.
Community Changes
Under the Great Fund plan, during the first year, Israel will likely maintain 'common rights to meet its security needs,' while internal security will be under the control of citizens of a third country and Western private military contractors.
Over the following years, 'local police' will gradually take over control, and the trust fund will eventually hand over control of the territory when the 'reformed and deregulated Palestinian policy is ready to take its place.'
It is believed that the plan was developed in April by a team from the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) led by Michael Eisenberg, an American Israeli, and Liran Tanzman, a former Israeli military intelligence officer.
An unidentified source familiar with the matter told The Washington Post: 'This is not fully scripted, but exploring what is possible.'
'The people of Gaza must be able to build something new, as the president said, and have a better life.'
