SBI exposed a scheme to evade mobilization: how the organizers operated.
An illegal scheme to evade mobilization has been uncovered in Ukraine
According to inkorr.com: The Central Military Medical Commission has started a large-scale check and is canceling illegal conclusions of unfitness for military service issued in the Dnipropetrovsk region. According to the State Bureau of Investigations (SBI), certain decisions were made based on forged medical documents, allowing dozens of men to avoid conscription into the army.
“Individuals who took advantage of the scheme were declared unfit and removed from the mobilization registry,” the SBI reported.
During the investigation, it was found that an organized group operated in the region, specializing in the sale of forged medical conclusions. Its members offered clients to obtain a military medical commission certificate of complete unfitness for service in exchange for money.
Some individuals were involved in the criminal activity, including one of the heads of the district military medical commission and a former employee of a medical institution. They selected clients, invented forged diagnoses, and entered false data into official protocols. The cost of their 'services' ranged from 5 to 20 thousand dollars, depending on the urgency and complexity of the forgery.
Cancellation of forged conclusions and inspections
After the scheme was uncovered, the SBI strongly recommends the Central Military Medical Commission to verify all decisions made based on these forgeries. Currently, the commission has already canceled two fictitious conclusions, and the verification of other cases is ongoing.
After confirmation of forgery, all such documents will be annulled, and the guilty parties will be held accountable under the law. SBI representatives stated that no case of evasion of mobilization will go unnoticed.
