Prices for used real estate in Kyiv have been rising over the past month. The average cost per square meter increased by 1.29% or 737 UAH - from 57,032 UAH to 57,769 UAH.
This is reported by Oboz.ua.
However, over the past six months, apartment prices in the capital have decreased by 0.42% (241 UAH), which may indicate a threat of falling housing prices. Analysts point out that the largest number of offers on the market concerns one-room apartments priced around 54,000 UAH per square meter.
The price difference by districts of Kyiv is also significant. The lowest prices are recorded in the Desnianskyi district - 41,727 UAH per sq. m, and the highest - in Pecherskyi, where a square meter costs an average of 90,269 UAH. In the primary market, prices have risen by 8% over six months.
In addition, rent for housing in Kyiv has significantly increased - the average rent has risen by 50.2%, from 15,979 UAH to 24,000 UAH.
