A number of leading scientists in the field of AI have died under strange circumstances in China.

Recently, mysterious deaths of artificial intelligence specialists have been occurring in China. ‘Sudden illness’ led to the death of leading scientist Sun Jian from Megvii Technologies, who was included in the list of top young scientists by MIT Technology Review.

There have also been recorded deaths of renowned military AI expert Feng Yanghe, founder of SenseTime Tang Xiao, and Chief Innovation Officer of Yidu Tech He Zhi. They all died from an unknown illness.
