The Ministry of Health reported that as of July 25, 2025, 795 decisions of the MSEC on the establishment of disability for officials were canceled as unsubstantiated.

According to information from the Ministry of Health press service, only in the last month, 1989 cases were processed, of which 795 MSEC decisions were canceled. Additionally, 2630 cases concerning officials from over 70 government agencies were examined.

From January 1, 2025, a new system for assessing the everyday functioning of a person (OEFP) was implemented in Ukraine. It replaced the work of the MSEC, establishing more objective criteria and transparent procedures.

Currently, over 325 thousand cases have already been entered into the system, 254,606 cases have been considered, and 1388 expert teams with 7039 specialists are working. As part of the checks, 795 MSEC decisions on disability for officials were canceled, and in 400 cases, new decisions were made.

The Government of Ukraine is actively implementing a new system for assessing the everyday functioning of a person, which has led to the cancellation of over 700 MSEC decisions on disability. This will contribute to a more objective determination of disability and reduce the risk of unsubstantiated verdicts. The new system also ensures transparency and efficiency in the decision-making process regarding the status of persons with disabilities.
