According to ITC.ua — Техно: Ground has been broken on the Second World Trade Center in New York, a tower that will rise 1,226 feet (373.7 meters). This new structure is set to become the headquarters for American Express, featuring approximately 2 million square feet (nearly 186,000 square meters) of office space. With 55 floors planned, the building is poised to be a major architectural landmark for the city.

Work on the project first started in 2008, with the foundation completed by 2013. The anticipated completion date is now set for 2031. The development is being led by Silverstein Properties, a firm with extensive experience in large-scale construction projects across New York.
