The 'Reserv+' has new deferrals.

New opportunities in the 'Reserv+'
Two new deferrals have been added to the 'Reserv+' application: for individuals with temporary unfitness based on the VLK results and for families of military personnel with children under 18. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing the Ministry of Defense.
“We continue to expand the number of deferrals in 'Reserv+'. Our goal is for the application to allow for processing all deferrals provided by law. And we are gradually moving towards this,” said the Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko.
To obtain a deferral, you need to click on the three dots on the main screen of the 'Reserv+' application, select 'Submit a deferral request' and choose the appropriate category. After this, a notification will come with the result. The security certificate in 'Reserv+' has also been updated, ensuring greater protection for the application. To do this, it must be updated to the latest version.
Further improvements in the 'Reserv+'
During the final stages of review in the 'Reserv+' application, there will be an option to view data on disability, including the group. Information about the reasons for violating military accounting rules will also be available. Earlier, the application only indicated the fact of a violation, but now users will learn exactly what was violated. For example, failure to update data or not attending a summons.
Digitization in the Ukrainian army has undergone significant changes since the beginning of 2025 due to the modernization and digitization of certain processes. This has made the process of obtaining deferrals more convenient and faster. Chernogorenko noted that transferring the processing of deferrals to a convenient online format is a primary goal.
The Cabinet of Ministers has submitted draft law No. 13193 to the Verkhovna Rada, which prohibits the use of education as a way to evade mobilization for military conscripts.
