Russia Lacks Strategic Initiative: Ukrainian Forces Gain Ground in Counteroffensive, Says General Malomuzh.
Frontline Update
According to UATV: Ukrainian Army General Mykola Malomuzh reports that Russian occupation forces no longer hold the strategic initiative, while Ukraine's Defense Forces are successfully conducting counteroffensive operations, particularly in the Oleksandrivka direction. According to him, Ukrainian troops are actively advancing and creating new opportunities for further counterattacks.
Ukraine's Defense Forces have stabilized the situation on the Kharkiv and Kupiansk fronts, confirming the effectiveness of their actions. General Malomuzh noted that
“we have very powerfully neutralized the enemy’s reserves on the approaches”— a sign of positive momentum in the fight against the occupiers. He also emphasized that the use of drones is a critical element in both defensive and counteroffensive operations, where Ukrainian forces currently hold an advantage.
“The most important factor is that we already have an edge in drones,”the general stressed.
Situation Under Control
On the Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka fronts, the enemy is deploying small assault groups. However, despite these attempts, Ukraine's Defense Forces maintain control of the situation.
“The situation is under control,”Mykola Malomuzh stated, providing grounds for optimism within Ukrainian military circles.
Overall, current military operations highlight Ukraine's successes in combating Russian occupiers, with the strategic initiative remaining on the side of Ukrainian forces.
These updates from General Mykola Malomuzh indicate progress by Ukrainian troops in the ongoing conflict with Russia. Strengthening positions across multiple fronts and effectively leveraging modern technologies like drones could become key factors in the continued struggle. Maintaining control over the situation and neutralizing enemy reserves point to the potential for strategic success, which may influence the course of the war in the near future.
