Collapse of the railway bridge in the Kursk region
A second railway bridge has collapsed in Russia in the last 24 hours – this time in the Kursk region. Fortunately, the only train involved was a freight train. According to Russian media reports, this incident occurred near the 48th kilometer of the Trosna-Kalynivka route on the night of June 1.

The head of the region, Alexander Khinshtein, stated that the causes of the collapse will be investigated, and that all emergency services are working on site.
